Do It In A Dress 2020

Dare to dream.

Recently graduating university in 2020 after a wild adventure of farming and travel I have really come to realise how fortunate I am in having access to an education and its importance.

I wish to pay forward all the support and encouragement I have received while studying (over the very many years) and in following my dreams. I wish to pay it forward to those who are not as fortunate in having access to the resources or perhaps community support I was so fortunate to receive.

So although, most of you are those who have supported me in gaining my degree and have encouraged me to follow my dreams I wish to ask you to help me one more time in supporting those who are just a little out of reach.

And in return, myself, and dear friends Grace and Emma will be wearing school dresses!

I am doing it in a dress because.. a little more information below;

130 million girls around the world are out of school. Educating girls not only changes the lives of those girls, but also their families, communities and countries. Not only that, but getting more girls in school will have a positive impact on climate change! A win-win-win.

I'm putting on a school dress to raise awareness and raise funds for girls' education. Because when I put on a dress, I'll be helping girls in Sierra Leone and Uganda put on a school dress and take charge of their futures.

Help me change the world through girls' education!
