This International Day of the Girl, empower girls through education!
A girl with an education is unstoppable.
Empowered girls who are educated, and can use their power for good, will become women who are unstoppable in their pursuit of change.
Because education is a lifeline and one of the most powerful ways to reduce poverty, improve health and wellbeing, mitigate the climate change crisis, and ensure gender equality.
And educating a girl doesn’t just stop with them. Educated girls bring their families and communities with them, lifting up everyone alongside them.
But when there are currently more than 129 million girls being denied their right to an education, we know we’ve got some serious work to do to make this world a better place.
The good news? You can be part of this change!
This International Day of the Girl (October 11), you can empower a girl through education, so she can become an unstoppable world changer.
You can play a pivotal role in empowering girls through education to become unstoppable world changers. Here's how your donation can make a difference, this International Day of the Girl:
-
$26 can provide 12 One Girl scholars with transport to and from school for 1 month.
-
$42 supports a One Girl Scholar inside and outside the classroom for one week, by breaking down the financial, cultural, and social barriers a girl in Sierra Leone faces.
-
$100 can provide 50 scholars with sanitary pads for a month
-
$300 can provide a scholar with transport to and from school for a year, a solar light to study at night and a back-to-school kit, which includes a school bag, books, pen, uniforms, shoes, hats, calculator, geometry set and much more.
-
$2,200 contributes to supporting a One Girl Scholar inside and outside the classroom for an entire year, by breaking down the financial, cultural, and social barriers a girl in Sierra Leone faces.
THIS INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL, YOU CAN EMPOWER GIRLS THROUGH EDUCATION TO BECOME UNSTOPPABLE WORLD CHANGERS.

We support girl's education because girls are often not treated equally or fairly. We hope that one day education will be an even playing field no matter the gender, wealth, culture, ethnicity, mental health or religion of the student.
