This EOFY,

 transform her future

 through education.

This EOFY, give girls’ like Georgetta an education and help transform their future.

This end-of-financial year, we want to share an inspiring story with you—one that highlights the power of resilience and the transformative impact of education.

Meet Georgetta, a remarkable 17-year-old from Sierra Leone who embodies strength and determination. Despite facing hunger, illness, and financial constraints, Georgetta's love for learning and her passion for life drive her forward:

Georgetta dreams of going to university and giving back to her community. Despite facing many challenges, she remains hopeful and determined, and is very grateful for the support she receives from One Girl:

One girl has helped me greatly. They have contributed greatly in my education, paying for my extra classes, providing me with free sanitary pads, giving me lunch, transport, giving me bag, books, pen, calculator, shoes, uniform and solar light so in the evening I can study at home. Like... everything a girl needs for her to be a safe person in school, I'm having it.

I want to be an accountant and a successful person in life. I want to help people, just like One Girl has helped me, because I know many people are going through similar situations. I want to give back as One Girl has done for me.

Georgetta's story is a testament to the incredible impact of your support.

By making a tax-deductible donation today, you’re not just providing essentials; you’re transforming lives and futures. Here's how your donation can make a difference to girls' like Georgetta:

  • $33 can provide 3 One Girl scholars with transport to and from school for 1 month.
  • $50 can provide 10 scholars with sanitary pads for a month
  • $86 can provide 2 scholars with a rechargeable solar light to study at night.
  • $100 can provide 10 scholars with lunch money for a month
  • $420 can provide 2 scholars with a back-to-school kit, which includes a school bag, books, pen, uniforms, shoes, hats, calculator, geometry set and much more.
  • $2,250 contributes to supporting a One Girl Scholar inside and outside the classroom for an entire year, by breaking down the financial, cultural, and social barriers a girl in Sierra Leone faces.

This EOFY, your contribution can help girls like Georgetta receive an education and build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

Thank you! Together, we can transform futures through education this EOFY.

Because when you educate a girl, everything changes.

This end-of-financial-year, give girls' like Georgetta an education and help transform their future.

Dear Women/Girl on the other side of the world! I was fortunate to be able to provide schooling and supplies for both my children. I want you to have the same opportunities. I strongly believe in women supporting other women. One day when you are able, please help another women! A kind word, a voice of encouragement to drown out the negative voices around you, these things are as important as financial support.❤️
