Recently, our scholars in Mile 91 took part in a transformative monthly meeting that was months in the making. Here’s a look at how we’re working with global partners like Plan International to provide the holistic support girls deserve.
Uluru Statement from the Heart
One Girl accepts the call contained in the Uluru Statement from the Heart to walk together for a better future. We support a YES vote in a referendum that asks for a First Nations Voice to Parliament be enshrined in the Australian Constitution.
Partner Highlight: Tsuno
Tsuno is One Girl’s longest standing Proud Partner. Shell-shocked by the realities of menstruation for women in poverty around the world, Roz Campbell founded the social-enterprise in order to create a positive change. Today, Tsuno offers sustainable menstrual hygiene products that are safe from nasty chemicals and plastic. Tsuno donates an amazing 50% of their profits to One Girl, as well as donating products to other organisations helping those in need.

Talent Nation has been a proud One Girl Partner for 5 years, and counting! Their continued support has allowed us to further the impact of our girl-led programs, and also provided solar lamps for our One Girl scholars, allowing them to study in the evenings when there is often no power.
